A weekly Hatha Yoga class for women of all levels, held Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Lower India Hall. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket; water is recommended. Suggested donation $10.

Please bring a single flower symbolizing your devotion and a monetary offering in an envelope to express gratitude for our line of Gurus. For your convenience, flowers will be available by donation outside the Temple from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you are unable to attend in person, you can find a list of online commemorative services and meditations on the official Self-Realization Fellowship calendar.

A longer group meditation with kirtan held every Friday evening from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. It begins with the Energization Exercises at 7:00 p.m. and includes periods of chanting at the top of each hour, when attendees may enter or leave the Temple.

Please join us at Hollywood Temple on the first Saturday of each month for a Day of Service. We meet in the Temple at 9:00 a.m. for a monastic-led prayer and short meditation, and then divide into teams to care for the Temple and grounds.

A short meditation is held at 12:00 p.m., followed by sharing a home-cooked vegetarian lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity to serve and enjoy spiritual fellowship. We hope to see you there!

The Temple bookroom is open afterward, from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m.

Families are welcome. Children ages 3 to 12 may be dropped off at Sunday School starting at 10:45 a.m., so parents can attend the 11:00 a.m. Inspirational Service. Teens ages 13 to 18 are welcome at Teen Group, which meets at the same hour on the second Sunday of each month.

On the first Sunday of each month, we offer a special introduction to meditation. This short guidance session will take place at the beginning of our regular morning meditation. Whether you are completely new to meditation and the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, or a seasoned veteran looking to refresh your practice, everyone is warmly welcome to join us.

Hollywood Temple is holding auditions for supporting roles, both female and male, for this year's India Night on October 17 and 18.

Auditions take place in India Hall from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., immediately following the Sunday morning service. All are welcome to try out. For more information, please fill out our contact form and ask to be connected to Ryun.

If you love to sing, we’d love to have you! The Hollywood Temple Singers are a year-round choir open to all.

We gather to rehearse every Sunday from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in Lower India Hall and perform at local convalescent homes and occasionally at Temple events. Newcomers are welcome any Sunday, no audition necessary!
