Hollywood Temple Elevator Fundraiser
Our main fundraising goal is to raise adequate funds for an elevator to lower India Hall, a new handicap accessible entrance from the parking lot to the temple grounds and 250 square feet of underground storage adjacent to India Hall. The goal for this fundraiser is to raise $1.5 million within the next six months.
As Brother Anilananda said in the video, "Every gift (including a small one) is deeply appreciated. India Hall is the one of the rare existing buildings, constructed by Master, and we hope you will feel the joy of building with him—of being part of this group of devotees who make Gurudeva’s Lower India Hall accessible to all, now and in the years to come." Donations we receive in response to this appeal will be deposited into the Hollywood Temple Building Fund at the Mother Center and will be used as outlined above, and may also be used to cover large maintenance expenses associated with the temple's and ashram's buildings and future meeting facilities, grounds, equipment, furniture, vehicles, fundraising expenses, and any potential future property purchases.
